The Campaign Specialist plays a key role in supporting Retailer and CPG funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with Vestcom accounts utilizing our proprietary shelfAdz® media solution. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and/or areas of focus and may provide day-to-day client relationship management. The incumbent autonomously provides answers and solutions for questions, problems and requests raised by clients as well as internal partners.

Manage and oversee a Client service Team being a leader for the team by directly coaching and mentoring staff, building relationships with M3 clients, and working with the team on ensuring projects complete on time and within budget. The role involves updating processes and internal systems to ensure efficient and collaborative teamwork in online healthcare research.
